Lost opportunity

A while back we invited the Young parents to visit Tucson during Christmas. We were rebuffed. So, to get back at them we have redesigned (can you redesign an empty room?) the spare bedroom. This blog is also acting as Elizabeth's portfolio...should she ever move into decorating.

It's the Elberta Farmer's Market poster that you swiped from the wall of the hardware shop! (Didn't something creepy happen that day? I seem to remember something weird with one of the sales guys but can't quite pin it down...)

Yes! Wasn't his name Kirk or something from the Onekama hardware store? He flirted with you H/C. But what did he say? We laughed about it for a long time back at the cottage. Too funny.

Oh, oh, and do note the "teal zeal" paint color on the window frame. I know nothing about painting and managed to paint the window shut. It no longer opens. What a loser.

I have a real zeal for the teal! And yes, "Kirk" or whoever, was totally inappropriate, whatever it was that he did. The place looks really nice!
